Recognize and Follow

We place a split between what we call "natural" and "supernatural" based on what science has discovered so far, and we perceive literally everything in life through that lens.

Jesus (God incarnate) destroys that worldview.

“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14) 

After the resurrection, Jesus appeared to many of His disciples in many different ways and forms. Most did not recognize Him because of His unfamiliar appearance, but those who followed their hearts recognized Him.

Before the Great Commission, Jesus rebuked those who did not believe (Mk 16:14).

I pray that the eyes of our spirits be always enlightened and never fall under the enslavement of our minds, but on the contrary, cause our minds to be renewed and remain under the authority of the Spirit. 

I believe that this is the beginning of our commissioning.
