Build Your House!
Build your house! Now's the time! God is speaking. Do you hear Him?
Jesus built His ark. He did it on the cross. He did it with joy. He did it to save the world. He didn't use worldly wisdom.
“God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.” (1 Cor 1:27).
It's a crazy thing to build a ship on dry land to fill it with "worthless" animals. I believe everyone made fun of Noah and they thought he lost it. I believe Noah built his ark with joy, with laughing and dancing!
"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate."" (1 Cor 1:18-19)
Hey! What do you care? What people say... and how they treat you now... Judgement is coming! The flood is near! Jesus is coming back to judge the living and the dead. God has a people to save. God is looking for crazy people: crazy enough to do His will, crazy enough to ignore what people say, crazy enough to build their houses! Lift up your banners! Lift up the cross! The time is now! Build your house!
“If we are out of our mind, it is for the sake of God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.” (2 Cor 5:13-15).
