Leaders will never reconcile with reality. they will challenge it. The life of leadership is a do or die lifestyle, that not everyone can handle.
The true power of life of a leader is found in the vision of the leader. This power can only be enjoyed when the leader is living out the challenges he or she faces. There is power in difficulties. Leaders are called to look at problems and see opportunities.
People are in dire need of leaders. They are in despair only because they are thirty for hope. Leaders are the only tangible source of hope for people who are seeking guidance or direction.
Leaders lead from the high place of their vision. Leaders are both accessible and ahead of the rest.
Leaders will run and their journey will write their story. Leaders are too preoccupied to look behind.
Leaders live a life of 'rapture'. What I mean by that is that leaders are always taken by the intensity and captivated by the beauty of the vision they have.
Nobody can learn to become a leader in a classroom. Leaders are born in instantaneous encounters with their destiny, and molded in the harsh circumstances of life. Leaders are the hope of this world, which is in decay because of the spread of corruption.
