Prophecy on Ethiopia

The Lord spoke to me about a ruler with a military background seeking power, after showing me the flag of Ethiopia when I was in prayer yesterday. I do not know anything about Ethiopia. The Lord told me that He will use Him like a surgeon who cuts a wound in order to heal (Although he doesn’t know the Lord). He will bring division in order to ultimately bring reconciliation. Praying for Ethiopia.
