Pursuing Holiness

When we pursue holiness, attempts of temptation become empty distractions, powerless nuisance, discarded in a split second of manifestation of love, power, and glory of sons of God.

Let us not be fooled! The flesh and carnality can never please God or do His will.

"As He is, so are we in this world" (1 John 4:17)

Unless we are restored back to the likeness of His image, we cannot feel what He feels, see as He sees, and do what pleases Him. This, of course, is something already accomplished by Christ, as well as something we mature in by His Spirit, as we prepare for that day when we will meet Him face to face.

"Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known." (1 Corinthians 13:12)
